Rob Stuart
as Ebenezer Scrooge

Rob hopes you enjoy the show! Some of his favorite Hale credits include: To Kill a Mockingbird (Atticus Finch), The 39 Steps (Richard Hannay), The Music Man (Harold Hill), The Diary of Anne Frank (Otto Frank), and Little Shop of Horrors (The Dentist). “Christmas is not a humbug. It is a time of family, friends, laughter, and love. Speak your love while you can.” Rob dedicates this show to his dear mother, Barbara.

Joey Morrison
as Ebenezer Scrooge

Joey is ecstatic to return to Hale this holiday season! He has loved playing Bob Cratchit for the last two years, and was last seen in The Andrews Brothers earlier this Spring. Favorite Hale credits include Annie (Daddy Warbucks), Cash on Delivery (George), Singin’ in the Rain (RF Simpson), and Newsies (Pulitzer). Joey earned his MFA in Acting from LSU.

Adam Guinn
as Bob Cratchit

Adam is thrilled to be back for another year of A Christmas Carol. This story always gets him in the spirit of the season and he loves sharing it with the people that come as a tradition every year, and with the folks who are here for the very first time! Adam would like to thank Dave and Corrin for the opportunity to bring the character of Bob Crachit to life. Adam wishes everyone all the love and joy in the world this Holiday Season!

Daniel Karapetian
as Fred / Businessman

Daniel is an actor, graphic designer, and graduate of the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. He most recently appeared at Hale in the 2022 production of A Christmas Carol (Fred), as well as Hello, Dolly! (Rudy), Scarlet Pimpernel (Hal/Tussaud), and Life Could Be a Dream (Wally), and has performed multiple summers at the Alaska Cabin Nite Dinner Theater just outside Denali National Park. "Thanks to friends and family, and happy holidays!"

Raymond Barcelo
as Marley / Old Joe

Raymond returns to HCTAZ for his 8th production of A Christmas Carol. Amanda is thrilled to be back on the Hale stage! She has recently returned from Salt Lake City where she performed in Titanic at the Hale Centre Theatre Sandy. She was also recently seen in the world premiere of Million Dollar Quartet Christmas as Dyanne. Other Hale Gilbert credits include: Beauty and the Beast (Babette), The Music Man (Marian Paroo), Brigadoon (Fiona MacLaren), The Addams Family (Morticia), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Christine), Hello, Dolly! Justin Howell
as Christmas Present / Businessman / Poulterer

Justin is honored to return to the Hale stage where he was most recently seen in Fiddler on the Roof. Favorite credits include: The Tempest (Prospero) and Pippin (Charlemagne), both done during his time at the University of California, Los Angeles. This performance is dedicated to the memory of his mentor, Al Muller, and Dominee Muller-Kimball. “Happiest of Holidays to all, and many thanks and much love to Corrin, Dave, Lincoln and Cambrian.”

Joshua South
as Young Scrooge / Robert

Joshua is grateful to join the annual holiday production of A Christmas Carol at Hale Centre Theatre. He was most recently seen in Fiddler on the Roof (Fyedka) and Beauty and the Beast (LeFou). "Merry Christmas, and remember to spread happiness this holiday season!"

Ellie Crandall
as Belle / Narrator

Ellie is delighted to be returning for her third year of A Christmas Carol and is ready to spread holiday cheer once again. Having participated in many productions from a variety of theaters across the valley, her favorite credits include: Matilda (Miss Honey), Crazy For You (Irene Roth), and The Drowsy Chaperone (Trix the Aviatrix). She'd like to thank her family, friends, directors, and especially her mom for all of their love and support.

Hans Keller
as Mr. Fezziwig / Charityman / Undertaker

Hans is a high-energy, fun-loving actor reprising his role in A Christmas Carol. He is infectiously enthusiastic with a desire to spread joy to everyone he meets. His performance tenure includes: A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Forum (MET) and Boy (MET). He enjoys writing lyrics and performing parody songs. “If there is a stage I will be on it, if there is a spotlight, I’ll be in it.”

Reece Harris
as Narrator / Charityman / Jenkins / Topper / Businessman

Reece is excited to be performing in A Christmas Carol for the first time! He has performed in numerous shows on the Hale stage including: Sister Act (Joey), The Andrews Brothers (Patrick Andrews), The Unsinkable Molly Brown (Prince DeLong), and Fiddler on the Roof (Motel US/Perchik US). He is incredibly grateful for all of you who have taken the time to see this show, Dave and Corrin Dietlein for the wonderful opportunity, and the sustained support from friends and family.

Gracie Gamble
as Fred's Wife / Ensemble / Belle u.s.

This is Gracie’s second show at Hale and she’s so excited to be celebrating the Holiday season in this way. Gracie has been performing around the valley for the last seven years with credits including: Into the Woods (Little Red), Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella (Ella), and most recently, Fiddler on the Roof (Hodel). Performing is her passion and she hopes you enjoy this touching show as much as she does!

Bennett Smith
as Dick Wilkins / Ensemble

Bennett is honored to return to Hale’s A Christmas Carol for his 5th year. His most recent notable credits include: Anastasia (Dimitry, 2023 ASUGammage HSMTA Finalist), and Sweeney Todd (Anthony). Other credits; Mary Poppins (Robinson Aye/Ensemble), Next to Normal (Henry), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Jeremy Potts), and Les Misérables (Jean Val Jean, NYA 2021 Artist of the Year). Ivana is thrilled to be back at Hale once more as Mrs. Cratchit. Her most recent engagements on this stage have been Beauty and the Beast (Madame de la Grande Bouche), Bye Bye Birdie (Gloria Rasputin), and Sister Act (Sister Mary Patrick). Her other favorite credits include: A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Phoebe D’Yquith), Candide (Cunegonda), Into the Woods (Rapunzel), and Dialogues of the Carmelites (Sister Constance). 

Savannah Swiatkowski
as Martha Cratchit / Fezziwig Party /   Beggar Woman

Savannah is beyond thrilled to make her Hale debut. Favorite credits include: Heathers The Musical: Teen Edition (Heather Chandler), Tarzan (Kala, AriZoni Nominee), Big Fish (Josephine), and Freaky Friday (Ellie Blake, AriZoni Nominee). Scotty Hagen
as Peter Cratchit / Sled Boy / Fezziwig Party

Scotty is extremely excited to be making his Hale debut! He loves theatre and all of the friendships he has made through it. Recent credits include: Hello, Dolly! (Cornelius, QCPAC), and Bright Star (Billy Cane, ZAO). Scotty wants to thank his parents for supporting him and coming to all of his shows.

Iris VanSlyke
as Belinda Cratchit / Little Fan

Iris is happy to return to the Hale stage to reprise her role in A Christmas Carol. Iris is a freshman at Desert Ridge High School where she studies theatre. Recent stage credits include: The Secret Garden (Mary, Inspire), You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Snoopy, AYT), Newsies Jr. (Racetrack, AYT), The Little Mermaid Jr. (Ursula, AYT), Zombie Prom (Toffee, AYT), and The Music Man (Gracie / Amaryllis, HCT). “Thank you to the production team and love to my family!”

Henry Swiatkowski
as Doug Cratchit / Boy Scrooge / Beggar Boy / Boy in Courtyard

Charlotte Harris
as Carol Cratchit / Want / Sled Girl /    Jenkins' Daughter

Charlotte is grateful and excited to return to the Hale stage this holiday season. Charlotte has recently appeared in productions of Annie Jr. (Annie) at the Queen Creek Performing Arts Center, as well as Giants in the Sky (Heeshee) through Inspire Entertainment. She would like to thank everyone at Hale for this incredible opportunity, along with her family and friends who always support her dreams.

Deacon Zobel
as Tiny Tim / Ignorance

Deacon is beyond excited to be portraying Tiny Tim in this season's A Christmas Carol. This is Deacon's first production at Hale but has previously been in school and church productions as well as local and national commercials. When not performing, Deacon enjoys drawing and reading, especially the Harry Potter series. Deacon would like to thank you for coming and supporting the Hale Theater as well as his friends and family for supporting him in his endeavors. “God bless us, Everyone!”

Kira Galindo
as Mrs. Cratchit u.s. 

Kira is overjoyed to be sharing this wonderful story with all audiences this Christmas season. Favorite roles: Fiddler On The Roof (Furma -Sarah), Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Madam), Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (The Narrator), Pump Boys and Dinettes (Rhetta Cupp), and Bat Boy the Musical (Meredith). Kira has BA in Performance and has toured internationally, opened in Las Vegas, and has performed Off Broadway in NYC. Thanks to her family, friends, Mr. Mikus, General, her Rocket Scientist husband, for all their support and love. “Third row aisle seat Mom, we’re almost there.”

Bennett Allen Wood
as Young Scrooge u.s. / Dick Wilkins u.s. / Peter Cratchit u.s.

Bennett is thrilled to finally be a part of Hale’s magical Christmas tradition! This is Bennett’s thirteenth Hale production and seventh this year! Some other credits include: Fly More Than You Fall (World Premiere, Broadway World Winner), RENT (Angel), Into the Woods (Jack), and Nevermore (Edgar Allan Poe). Ariana Mai Lucius

Ariana is overjoyed to be blessed with the opportunity to be a part of this holiday classic for her 8th Christmas season! Favorite credits in the Valley include: Little Women (Beth), Hairspray (Penny), …Spelling Bee (Logainne), and Young Frankenstein (Inga). David Dietlein
Director

David Hale Dietlein has been involved with theater ever since his early days in California where his parents and grandparents commandeered him onstage as a child actor. David is the Artistic Director of the Hale Theatre - Arizona. Originally from Los Angeles, David has produced over 300 stage productions. He has received many awards for his artistic achievements. This will be Dave’s 20th year directing A Christmas Carol at Hale Theatre. David and Corrin Dietlein own and operate the Hale Theatre.

Cambrian James
Choreographer

Cambrian James is well-known for his versatile staging throughout the Valley and nationally. He is a multi-award winning director and choreographer for Tarzan, The Wizard of Oz, Footloose, Damn Yankees and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Cambrian has enjoyed a long career as an actor and dancer in Annie (Daddy Warbucks), Crazy For You (Bobby Child), The King and I (The King) and Hairspray (Edna Turnblad).

Lincoln Wright
Music Director

Lincoln Wright was last seen on the Hale stage playing the piano for Always... Patsy Cline, Forever Plaid, and Daddy Long Legs. He has music directed over 50 shows at Hale, including Meet Me in St. Louis, West Side Story, Crazy For You, and Hairspray. When not at rehearsal, he's a lawyer with the Udall Shumway law firm in Mesa.
