Moondrop “Mooney” McCloskey is a 6-year-old Goldendoodle who is thrilled to be returning to the stage as Sandy in Annie! Mooney first stole hearts as Sandy with Valley Youth Theatre in June 2025, and she couldn’t be happier to have another chance to play everyone’s favorite lovable pup. When she’s not performing, Mooney can usually be found having the time of her life at the dog park, making new friends and showing off her playful personality. In fact, Mooney has a special talent for finding a best friend in everyone she meets! Mooney would like to thank her castmates and crew for all the love, treats, and attention—and she hopes everyone enjoys the show! Woof! woof!
Adam Guinn is excited to be returning to The Hale Centre Theatre Arizona. Recent credits: Roger Strong (Catch Me If You Can - Hale Centre Theatre) Sam Phillips u/s (Million Dollar Quartet -The Phoenix Theatre Company), Rudolph (Hello Dolly! - Arizona Broadway Theatre) and Tevye (Fiddler on the Roof - Hale Centre Theatre). Amanda Valenzuela is thrilled to return to the Hale! Recent credits include Ursula in The Little Mermaid, Lina Lamont in Singing in the Rain, Titanic at Hale Sandy, and the world premiere of Million Dollar Quartet Christmas, where she originated the role of Dyanne at Phoenix Theatre Company. Favorite Hale Gilbert credits include The Little Mermaid (Ursula), My Fair Lady (Eliza), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Marguerite), and The Addams Family (Morticia). She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Arizona. Enjoy yhe show!
Kathleen is thrilled to return to Hale, and to share the stage with her own little girl, Amelia. She has been seen in over 20 shows at HTC, including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Mrs Gloop), Cinderella (Marie), Beauty and the Beast (Mrs. Potts), Sister Act (Mother Superior). When not on stage, she serves as the Board President for East Valley Children's Theatre (evct.org), and teaches private voice lessons. Deep gratitude to the HTC creative team and Dave and Corrin. Austin is delighted to be back at the Hale Centre Theatre Arizona after having last been seen in Catch Me If You Can (Carl Hanratty). Favorite credits include: Of Mice and Men (George), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Sir Percy Blakeney), and Shrek the Musical (Lord Farquaad). He would like to thank his friends and family for the love & support of doing what he loves every day. Gracie has been performing on the Hale Centre Theatre stage since 2023 with her first show as Hodel (Fiddler on the Roof). Since then, she has had the joy of being in shows such as Beau Jest as Sarah Goldman, Camelot as Guinevere, Guy and Dolls as Sarah Brown and The Wizard of Oz as Dorothy Gale. She is currently pursuing a masters in global history at ASU and hopes to teach one day in addition to her life as a performer.
is ecstatic to be back at HCT! He just graduated ASU with a BM in Musical Theatre. Notable credits include Georg in Spring Awakening, Man 2 in Songs for A New World, Adam/Anthony in The Theory of Relativity, and Balaga in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812. He would like to thank his friends, family and the amazing creative team for this incredible opportunity.
Justin is honored to return to the Hale stage. Justin was last seen as Grimbsy in The Little Mermaid, and Sipos in She Loves Me. Favorite roles include Prospero in The Tempest and Charlemagne in Pippin, both during his time at UCLA. As always Justin dedicates this to his mentors Al Muller and Harvey Jordan. Claire is a Junior at Notre Dame Preparatory and is thrilled to debut at the Hale Center Theatre. Some of her favorite credits include Gypsy (Baby June) at Arizona Broadway Theater, Willy Wonka (Violet Beauregarde) at Valley Youth Theatre, and Matilda (Alice) at TheaterWorks. Claire wants to thank her friends, family, and Renee Koher, for all their love and support. She also sends a huge thank you Cambrian, Tyler, and Kelly for giving her the chance to perform again, and she reminds everyone to smile, darn ya, smile!
Brooklyn is thrilled to be making her debut on the Hale stage! Brooklyn has been performing since she was seven. Her favorite role was playing Matilda in Matilda Jr. (QCPAC). Most recently, she performed as Dana is Camp Rock (QCPAC), Pinocchio in Shrek (QCPAC), Young Will in Big Fish (QCHS) and Legally Blonde (QCPAC). She wants to thank everyone at Hale for this opportunity and her friends and family for their support.
Charlotte is thrilled to return to Hale Centre Theatre in Annie! Favorite roles include Bulda in Frozen,Jr. (East Valley Children’s Theatre), Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka Jr. (Actor’s Youth Theatre), Catherine of Aragon in Six: Teen Edition (Limelight Performing Arts), and Annie in (Queen Creek Performing Arts). Other credits include Seussical (Places!), James and the Giant Peach (EVCT), and A Christmas Carol (Hale Centre Theatre). Thanks to family, friends, and teachers for their never-ending support!
Abbi Spector is currently a senior at Campo Verde High School and is thrilled to be making her Hale debut! Abbi has done countless shows around the valley and some of her favorites were Joseph at AYT (Potiphars wife) and Grease at Limelight (Sandy). She wants to thank her past directors, her parents and the wonderful production team of Annie for granting her this opportunity!
Kali is thrilled for her Hale Centre Theatre debut as Molly. Performing since age 6, credits include Annie in Annie Jr. (Places!), Young Anna in Frozen (Phoenix Theatre), Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Limelight), and Gill in Finding Nemo Jr. (Fuse). Highlights: AriZoni nominee, singing the National Anthem for Phoenix Rising, 2x NATS Cal West 1st place (top 15 nationally), and competitive dance awards. Thanks to her teachers Allison Houston (voice), Rea Erving (dance), and Cara Alvey (acting), and family!
This is Eliza’s debut show with HCT, and she is so excited that you are here to see it! Eliza is a third-grade student at ASU Preparatory Academy. Some of her favorite past shows include Seussical (Jojo) with Places! Productions, 101 Dalmatians (Cruella), and Frozen (Young Anna). She would like to thank her parents and older sisters for being her biggest cheerleaders, and Miss Allison for encouraging her to pursue this opportunity!
Savannah Thompson is excited to join Hale Centre Theatre Arizona as Kate in Annie! Recent engagements include the roles of Little Red Ridinghood in Into the Woods Jr., Bird Girl in Suessical the Musical, and Flounder in Little Mermaid Jr. at Scottsdale Desert Stages Theatre. Ensemble in Shrek at Christian Youth Theatre, and Ensemble in A Winnie the Pooh Christmas Tale at Valley Youth Theatre. Savannah thanks Hale Centre Theatre and the entire creative team!
Emma is thrilled to make her Hale Theatre debut. Her previous credits include Alice in Alice in Wonderland Jr. (QCPAC), Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka Jr. (Actor’s Youth Theatre), and Susan Waverly in White Christmas (Zao Theatre). Emma is passionate about musical theatre and grateful for every opportunity to learn and grow as a performer. She thanks God, her family, and her teachers for their unwavering love and support.
Gabriela is a dedicated young performer who trains in voice, acting, and dance at Studio 3 and Limelight Performing Arts, where she is a member of both the competitive dance team and musical theatre company. Favorite roles include Winnie Foster, Annie, Oliver, and Fregley. A National NATS Musical Theatre 2nd Place winner, Gabriela loves harmonizing, assistant teaching younger performers, and bringing every story to life.
Amelia is thrilled to make her Hale Centre Theatre debut after coming to see shows here for the last decade! She has spent the last several years working at her school theatre as well as East Valley Children's Theatre. Favorite roles include, Miss Trunchbull (Matilda Jr) and Gertrude McFuzz (Seussical Kids) with HTA Drama Club, Martha (Charlotte's Web), Middle Elsa (Frozen Jr.), and Grae #2 (The Secret Menusa) all with EVCT. Charlotte “ChaCha” Giffen is thrilled to be playing Tessie in Annie - Hale debut! Prior credits include Little Girl in Arizona MusicFest’s Ragtime at the Herberger, Annie in Annie and Mary in The Secret Garden at Fountain Hills Theater, Jane in MTAA’s Mary Poppins showcase, Gretl in Arizona Opera’s production of The Sound of Music, and Junie in Junie B. Jones at Fuse Performing Arts Center. Besides singing and dancing, she loves Taylor Swift, her squishmallows, and animals.
Avenly Neal is so excited to be playing Tessie in the Green Cast at Hale Centre Theatre! She has previously performed as Young Anastasia in Anastasia, Matilda in Matilda, and Carol Cratchit in A Christmas Carol. Avenly loves dancing, acting, and performing, and she is incredibly grateful to be part of this wonderful show. She hopes you enjoy the performance!

Kayla is delighted to be back at Hale for Annie! Kayla has just graduated from ASU with her Bachelor's in Data Science, Chinese, and Spanish, and is currently finishing her Master's of Global Management. Some of her favorite past roles include Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Sheila/Cassie US (A Chorus Line), and Marcy Park (Spelling Bee). Thank you to everyone at Hale for this opportunity, as well as her family, boyfriend Isaac, and everyone else who has supported her along the way!
Ericca is overjoyed to join Hale’s production of Annie. She cannot express how grateful she is to be part of this community. Her Hale debut occurred in January during the run of Beau Jest, a romantic-comedy. She understudied the role of Sarah Goldman. Ericca has studied classical and musical theatre vocal training. She has earned her degrees from ASU and Carthage College. She holds a Masters in Music Pedagogy. Some other previous credits include La Boheme, The Prince of Egypt, Nine, The Pirates of Penzance, etc.

Sierra Ricks is a senior at Desert Vista High School and is delighted to be a part of this production! She has appeared in regional, community, and youth productions throughout the Valley, most previously being Hale’s Catch Me If You Can this past August! Her favorite roles include Greasepaint Theater’s Mean Girls: The Musical (Regina George) and Valley Youth Theatre’s The World According to Snoopy (Sally Brown). She has previously been seen at ASU in Curtains (Jessica/Ensemble), Songs for a New World (soloist), and others, as well as in Ride the Cyclone at Phoenix College (Ocean). Declan Skaggs is jazzed to be back at The Hale Centre Theatre for this wonderful production. Declan was recently in the male ensemble in Catch Me If You Can on the Hale stage. Trevon Powell is an actor, singer and dancer. He hails from the city of Chicago, IL. He has performed in multiple roles ranging from shows like Hairspray the Broadway Musical (Seaweed J. Stubs), Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd (Beadle Bamford), The Wizard of Oz (Zeke/Cowardly Lion), Sister Act The Musical (Eddie Souther) and Titanic the Musical (Lightoller). He also loves classical music and sings Opera. Trevon also loves ice cream. Get him Ice cream!
Jiajun is thrilled to be returning to Hale Centre Theatre! He graduated from Arizona State University. Paige is 20 years old and ecstatic to be returning to the Hale Centre Theatre stage! She previously was seen as Tessie and is so excited to be back for the very same show! Cambrian James is well-known for his versatile staging throughout the Valley and nationally. He is a multi-award winning director and choreographer for Tarzan, The Wizard of Oz, Footloose, Damn Yankees and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Cambrian has enjoyed a long career as an actor and dancer in Annie (Daddy Warbucks), Crazy For You (Bobby Child), The King and I (The King) and Hairspray (Edna Turnblad).
Thompson is a Director and Actor based in Phoenix. Credits as Music Director include Guys and Dolls, Anything Goes, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Hale. Acting credits include Swing and performances as Grady Williams in Miracle on 34th St at Phoenix Theatre, Thomas Andrews in Titanic at Hale, and Father in The Boy Who Cried Wolf at Arizona Broadway Theatre. Thompson stage directed Into the Woods at Arizona Christian University and was understudy King Triton in The Little Mermaid at Hale.
