Liam Lars is an indie musician and performer from Salt Lake City, Utah! Currently producing his second album of retro-inspired pop, he is also a dueling pianist and studio musician. He’s been singing and playing as long as he can remember, and snagged a bachelors of music from Snow College in central Utah. Most of his time is spent writing, practicing, or bumming around a coffee shop, but If he isn’t singing somewhere, you can probably find him rollerskating around the neighborhood.Â
Thomas Anderson is an enterprising guitarist and vocalist from St. George, Utah. Shaped by an early love of music, Thomas showed prodigious talent in his youth; studying attentively as a Juilliard Jazz Symposium resident and touring Europe with an ensemble of musician ambassadors. Now with more than a decade of professional experience, he is a virtuosic artist who draws inspiration from many genres. Although he regularly collaborates with many diverse musicians, Thomas is best known for his work with Dick Earl’s Electric Witness, an innovative blues band and International Blues Challenge finalist. Thomas is thrilled to be returning to the Hale Concert Hall.
Damen Easton received his Masters of Music in Composition in 2015, from the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts. His work, as a singer and composer, ranges from pop & rock to contemporary classical/art music.
He released his solo album, The Dark Corners, in 2020. This was followed by his collaboration with Jimmie Herrod, titled The Stars, in 2023. Currently he composes and sings for the experimental hard rock band Limit State. Some of his art music compositions are also available on bandcamp.com. Since 2016, music education has been a central part of Damen’s music career. He teaches music theory as an adjunct professor at Portland State University. Damen also teaches voice (including rock vocals), keyboard, and composition/songwriting in private lessons. Additionally, he composes and arranges on commission. Damen’s music can be heard at dameneaston.bandcamp.com ,limitstate.bandcamp.com , or on any major streaming platform.
Dallin is a Utah-based multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. Dallin got his start in music from a young age, participating in children's choirs and taking piano lessons starting at six years old. Since then, Dallin has toured and performed in many bands and symphonic orchestras, including the Utah Symphony. In 2023, Dallin completed a bachelor’s degree in music at the Horne School of Music at Snow College, where he studied classical and contemporary styles for voice and trombone, as well as songwriting, performance, and music education.
Roz is a singer/songwriter originally from Orem, Utah. She lived in Nashville for two years where she learned from the very best— writing, touring and performing at venues such as the historical Station Inn, The Local, and various Broadway honky-tonks. In November 2023 she had the amazing opportunity to perform at Julecountry, a country music festival held annually in Eiken, Norway and was invited to become a member of their “Julecountry Opry”. She currently lives in Saint George, Utah and is enjoying the creative inspiration supplied by the beautiful scenery and loving community around her.
Mari Solana Ericksen was born in New York, but grew up in Utah within a strong musical tradition. From a young age, Mari's training was coupled with experience on stage, on the road, and in the studio, drawing her first professional paycheck at the age of 13. An accomplished drummer, vocalist, guitarist, keyboardist, and songwriter, she has appeared with numerous groups in varying genres from Las Vegas to New York, including Tas Cru and His Band of Tortured Souls, Dick Earl's Electric Witness, Halogyns, Pale Dream, and Anna Beck. Her theatrical pit orchestra credits include Starlight Express, Mary Poppins, and School of Rock, and audiences in Salt Lake City are privileged to experience Mari's live solo act. Mari studied under a Music Performance scholarship at Dixie State University (Utah Tech) and is also a talented freelance artist who loves painting, photography, embroidery, and cake decorating.
